HK IPO Research is an independent website focused on Hong Kong IPO information, research, and investor education.
Look, Hong Kong IPO prospectuses are useful, but they are not exactly light reading. They can run for hundreds of pages, full of legal wording, accounting details, risk factors, connected transactions, cornerstone investors, and enough footnotes to make most people give up halfway.
That is why we built HK IPO Research.
Our goal is simple: to help regular investors like us read Hong Kong IPO information more clearly, compare companies more easily, and understand what actually matters before deciding whether an IPO is worth a closer look.

Where possible, we refer to primary sources such as prospectuses and announcements published through HKEXnews.
The thing is, summaries are helpful, but they are not a replacement for the original documents. We aim to make the information easier to digest, but readers should always check the official prospectus and announcements before making any investment decision.
